How it works

xeek connects buyers and sellers. Payments happen directly between you — we never hold your money.

Selling

  1. Create an account and verify your email.
  2. List an item with photos, price, and shipping/pickup options.
  3. Add the payment methods you accept in your profile (PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
  4. When someone commits to buy, manage the queue, message them, and mark sold when you agree.
  5. Add tracking if you ship; wait for the buyer to confirm receipt (or auto-complete after the deadline).
  6. Leave feedback when the sale is done.

Buying

  1. Browse or search listings; check the seller’s profile and payment methods.
  2. Commit to buy (or make an offer where enabled). First serious buyer often gets priority; others may be backups.
  3. Message the seller to arrange payment and shipping or pickup.
  4. Pay the seller directly using an agreed method — not through xeek.
  5. When the item arrives, confirm receipt on the transaction page and leave feedback.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t take or hold payments
  • We don’t guarantee item condition or delivery
  • We don’t automatically refund disputes (use your payment provider’s protections when shipping)
